Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse inspections the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
